PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE
PIZZA DOUGH  14 FEB, 2017  Post : The Urban Fat Kid I get always asked about the pizza I make , when it started my diet i loved pizza and wasnt prepared to give it up so i came up with this low fat version , basically make your own dough , sauce and cut the cheese right down and use flavours to mask the lack of cheese ! , no lie i lost most of my wieght eating pizza i just cant get enough of it ! First job : Dough but put your oven on full wack first..... 150grams of strong flour teaspoon of dried yeast 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 3 teaspoons of olive oil 1/2 teaspoon of salt first mix your yeast sugar in warm water and leave for 5 mins then add your flour and the salt on top - dont put salt in first as it will kill your yeast mix and bring to a nice ball and nead for 5 mins ,then cover the ball in ciing film and leave for as long as you can - Below is what should look like

Next get your board and sprinkle with semonilina ( you can use flour as well )  Semolina makes the base crunchy and naturally sweet

Next roll out your dough on the board and you want it about 2mm thick , the thinner the better for me !

OK - Tomato Sauce :

 

Tomato Puree

a drop of tabasco

mixed herbs or any fresh u have

3 teaspoons of olive oil

1 teaspooon of balasmic vinegar

 

mix it all together then spread on dough

next you want some toppings

Kerry low fat cheese just a sprinkle for a healthy pizza or if you dont give a fuck put the whole bag on !

 

add your toppings and get in the oven on full wack for about 10 mins , keep your on it tho , no one likes burnt pizza
